How we look after you.
Shipping
Within Ghana, we ship complimentary on all orders above ₵2,500. Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days in Accra and 3–6 elsewhere in the country. For international orders, we ship via DHL Express to most destinations, calculated at checkout, typically arriving within 5–8 working days.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn pieces with original tags attached. Sale pieces, made-to-measure garments, and pierced jewellery are final sale. To begin a return, write to concierge@ablagale.com with your order number.
Size Guide
Measurements in centimetres. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest the larger. For a private fitting, book an appointment at the atelier.

Garment Care
Most of our pieces are made from natural fibres, which reward gentle handling. Wash cold, dry in shade, iron on the reverse. Wool pieces prefer a season's rest between wears. Linen is happier a little creased. When in doubt, hand wash — and if in real doubt, write to us before you do anything.
Book an Appointment
We welcome clients at our Accra atelier by appointment. A private fitting takes about ninety minutes and includes a fabric consultation, measurements, and — if you would like — a cup of Ghanaian tea. To book, write to appointments@ablagale.com or send the form below.

Payment
Enquiries are confirmed by the concierge. Payment follows once availability and shipping are agreed — Paystack in Ghana, international card thereafter. Mobile money is available for Ghanaian clients.
